How To Register and Vote

Before you begin

 2 Eligibility to vote:
  • Ordinary Members
  • Member is in good standing with the RSPO
STEP 1
REGISTRATION FORM
To start your registration, please go to https://ga.rspo.org/garegistration/
STEP 2
RSPO MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
Fill in your RSPO Membership Number to check your eligibility.
If you receive a message stating that the “RSPO Membership Number has been registered”, it means a representative from your organisation has already registered to vote.

Kindly contact the Secretariat at [email protected] if you require further information.
STEP 3
COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION DETAILS
Fill in all the required information and ensure your email address is valid before submitting the form.
  1. You are required to validate your email address upon submission. After that, you will receive a confirmation email with your login ID and PIN number.
  2. We will verify your registration and send the confirmation email within 72 hours.
STEP 4
E-VOTING
Upon receiving the confirmation email, you may proceed to vote using your login ID and PIN number.
